The Personal Mastery Programme for Leaders

The Personal Mastery Programme for Leaders explores two questions: “Who do I have to be to be an effective leader of my self, my team, and my organisation?” and “What do I have to do to be that?”

You will participate in a sequence of conversations and exercises to challenge your core beliefs about yourself, your life, and how you relate to your people.

You will begin to identify your unique ability and start to create a compelling future for yourself and your organisation. To help enable you to manifest these you will develop your ability to know what it takes for you and your people to run rewarding relationships both in your business and personal lives.

The 12 month programme comprises:

A virtual one-on-one conversation with Christopher to look at where you are; what you want to achieve, and whether the programme is right for you.

Two one-on-one teaching and coaching days, about six months apart, taking place either physically in Southern England or virtually, via Zoom.

Personal coaching, as and when, via video.

As the programme progresses you will become more and more certain of your purpose and vision reflected in your relationships with colleagues and personally; how you hold meetings; how you interact with your people, and how you spend your day. You will become more grounded, centred, at peace, and productive.
